Selection Criteria

• Academic Qualifications: PhD
• Rank: At least at the rank of Associate Professor Age: Should be at least 40 -65 years old
• Excellent academic background including publications, research and supervision of postgraduate students
• Administrative experience in higher education institution of learning as Vice Chancellor, Deputy Vice Chancellor, or Dean or Director, or and or Head of Department or its equivalent for at least five (5) years
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record in successfully dealing with Government, International Organisations, Donor Community and Inter-University Collaborations
• Proven track record of both human resource and financial management
• Provide seven (7) copies of application, CV, degree certificates and other relevant documents
• Provide three (3) referees one of whom will be an immediate supervisor and another from academic careers
