Reports to: Human Resource Management Officer

Job Purpose: To carry out reception service and telephone switch board operation.

KEY RESULT AREAS/ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Receive, record bookings and make outgoing calls

2. Maintain records and verify telephone bills before forwarding for payment processing

3. Receiving all incoming calls and route them to relevant personnel, attend to routine inquiries and record all messages received in line with NMS customer care guidelines

4. Maintain the front desk office infrastructure in line with front office desk management practices

5. Receive customers/visitors to corporation and guide them to relevant offices in line with NMS customer Care guidelines

QUALIFICATIONS (Person specifications)

1. A Diploma in Secretarial Studies or in Business Administration

2. Computer literate

3. Able to communicate effectively, especially verbally

4. A minimum of two years post qualification experience

5. Should have under taken training in Customer Care.
