Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform business analysis on rr product development projects in line with the agreed business methodology and business architecture guidelines.
• Review and understand system functionality applicable to each project
• Identifying ways to fine tune systems in line with changing work practices.
• Determine, document and review user requirements for all projects.
• Review requirements, determine objectives, risks, issues and update URS for the competency centre functional design.
• Review tech nical specifications to ensure user and functional requirements a remit

Technical/Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Computer Science /CommerciaI field).
• Business analysis competencies.
• Business architecture knowledge.
• Business knowledge.
• Financial modelling knowledge.
• Process and systems design
• Requi rements elicitation andmanagement
• Financial systems knowledge
• Understanding of MTN operations processes.

Experience required:

• 5 years business analysis and business optimization experience in process driven environments
• System implementation experience in telecommunications service, supply chain and/or sales environment
• Process mapping tool and business case development experience.

•    Good analytical ski I Is as well as high levels of attention to detail.

•    Team work and relationship building skills.

•    Good communication, interpersonal and report writing skills.

•    Ability to work with people with diverse cultures.

•    Ability to work under pressure.
