Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
• The applicant should possess a first degree: business degrees preferred
• Four or more years works experience
• Knowledge in Business start-up, failing and trying again: entrepreneurs who aren’t afraid and can learn quickly
• Business management, sales and marketing: people who understand how to change people’s behavior and drive performance improvements (experience in ICT, media and telecommunications is highly desired)
• Essential Capabilities: Strategic thinking; Creative problem solving; Effective listening, learning, and communicating; Teamwork; and ICT savvy
• Able to reside outside Kampala
