Main Accountabilities:

• Apply and follow the contractual obligations, organisation’s policies and procedures and maintain all ISO standards and requirements.
• Ensure operations align with management mission, strategic objectives and policies.
• Direct and manage project development including; Camp facilities management.
• Proactively managing changes in the project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Supervision of Water supply, purification, distribution, storage, technical usage of residual water and Laundry facilities, welfare service, engineering works and airport ground services.
• Control of fuel acceptance, storage dispensing, circulation, distribution and maintenance and repairs of equipment and storage facilities.
• Responsible for managing the budget to maintain and increase profit margins.
• Responsible for all catering, administration, cleaning and maintenance aspects on site.
• Oversee the project by; Ensuring the organization follows local laws and regulations
• Planning and scheduling project timeliness and milestones using appropriates tools.
• Delegating tasks and responsibilities to appropriate staffs in the operations.
• Waste management and disposal as well as control, extermination and prevention of insects and rodents.
• Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work and be able to quickly respond to any possible complaints.
Physical requirements:

• Person must be medically fit.
