Specifications:

• An  Honors  Bachelors  Degree  in Economics /Economic Policy  and Planning  /Social  Sciences /Development  Studies  /Business  Administration  from   a  recognized  University
• A  Master ‘s  Degree  in any  of the  following  fields  ;  Economics  /Economic Policy  and Planning  /Social Sciences /Development Studies /Business Administration  from a recognized  University
• At least  five  years  experience  in a  Social   Development  related  field  with  the implementation  and management  of Livelihoods  Programs/Skills  Development  Program /Community  Development  program
• Competencies  : Good  understanding  of the  Social  Development  Sector  , Strategic  Management : Good  Interpersonal  and communication skills  ;  Ethics  and  Integrity
• Computer  Literacy  is a  must.
