Duties:

Management of the EDF portfolio:

• Check payment requests from contractors to ensure compliance with EDF procedures;
• Ensure correct data entry into the database and issue payment orders;
• Initiate report preparation as required;
• Participate fully in audit and financial review function;
• Initiate closure requests timely File/mail management :
• Manage a secure, functional knowledge/ documentation system;
• Ensure all relevant documentation are promptly uploaded into the database;

Administration of the NAOSU Programme Estimates:

• Initiate, procure and manage office supplies and assets, and collect all relevant supporting documentation; Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Unit
• Manage the imprest account supporting documentation and petty cash
• Maintain an updated asset register;

Requirement:

Age: 25 Years And Above
