Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supports implementation of all MPL brand plans.
• Develop, implement and monitor media schedules for brand activities for internal and external media.
• Implement promotional activities and campaigns, Merchandising management for all Above the Line (ABL) and Below the Line (BTL) medium.
• Develop and maintain database for suppliers, agents, advertisers and readers.
• Develop and maintain a merchandising digest for all ATL & BTL materials and ensure brands presence in all activities.
• Manage ATL and BTL materials in store and out door.
• Support execution of corporate PR activities.
• Support New product launches.
• Bill copy/media implementation.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
• The applicant should hold a university Degree from an accredited institution.
• Additional qualifications in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage.
• One to three years' experience in brands and communication, preferably in an FMCG company
• Functional knowledge of MS Office applications e.g. PowerPoint, Word and Spreadsheets.
• Demonstrate planning and organizing skills
• Demonstrate innovation and creativity
• Strong communication (oral & written)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-driven to achieve results
• High personal integrity
