• Bachelors    or above  degree  in Public  relations  ,  Sociology  , International  Relations ,  Administration,  Human  Resource  Management  , English  or  related  major.
• At least  5 years  of related  working  experience

Knowledge
• Familiar  with  international   relations  of politics  and  economics
• Familiar   with   condition   of local   government.
• Familiar   with   publication   channels   of all   kinds   of media .
• Familiar  with  sustainable  development   of  environment  and  society
