Responsibilities
• Design  and update  the monitoring  and evaluation  framework  of the   YLP.
• Study  relevant  reports  synthesize  and  harmonize  them  for purposes  of tracking  progress  and follow up  actions

Specifications
• An   Honors  Bachelors   Degree  in Economics  /Statistics /Development   studies /Social  Sciences  from  a recognized  University
• A  certificate  in Monitoring  and Evaluation  /Project  Management  .
• At least  3 years  of relevant  experience  in  monitoring  and evaluation  of development  projects  ij Uganda .
• Should  be conversant  with  the  Log  Frame  Approach  in  planning  , monitoring  and evaluation .
• Competencies ; Computer  Literacy ;  Self  Motivated  ,  strong  organizational  and planning  skills  ;  Good   Interpersonal  and communication  skills  , Ethics  and  Intergrity .
