Requirements:

• Hold  Standard  Grade   or  O  Grade  in English  and  Marths
• Format  engineering  qualification
• Formal  Business  qualification
• 15  years  of  relevant  experience  in an  oilfield    service environment  a must  and a  minimum  of 5  years  in a  management  role  within  Weatherford
• Budgetary  control  and financial   awareness ..
• Previous  experience  of  international  Operations
• Detailed  knowledge  of Weatherford  business  units and  activities
• Detailed  knowledge  of Weatherford   work process  , policies  and procedures  .
• Effective  financial   and commercial  management  skills
• Credibility  with  staff  and management
