Responsibilities:

• Responsible for  implementing  a high  quality  education  program in the  Masindi Area Program  including  monitoring  , evaluation  , and reporting  .
• S/he  will ensure  the  practice  and  institutionilisation  of a culture  of innovation  and creativity in programs .
• The job-holder will  be  expected  to continually  observe the  day-to-day  effectiveness  of the  education  program  delivery , noting  and reporting  any areas  where improvements  are possible .

Specifications:
• Minimum  of a relevant  first  degree  from  a recognized university  with at least  3 years  of demonstrated  experience  working  with  development  projects  in the  relevant  field ,  preferably  with an  INGO .
• Good  understanding  of the  education sector  especially  in  the  areas of  ECD  , educational quality  improvement  and  vocational  skills  training .
• Experience  of engaging  communities  in improving  the  quality  of education
• Should  be proactive  in thinking  and able  to question  the  status  quo  in their  day  to day  work .
• Knowledge  of the  local  Language  in the  working  area is  an  added  advantage .
